Knækbrød (crispbread with rye, oat and seaweed). Crispy crackers with rye, oat and seaweed. To serve on the side, or as ‘Nordic tapas’ topped with spreads, mayos, seafood and pickles of your liking.
The seaweed is wild harvested at the Faroe Islands.
