Martin
Martin is making sure FANGST is moving ahead to become what we dream of.
He grew up in a family of biologists, bird watchers and fish farmers. However, Martin took more interest in how to make good food out of nature’s resources and has worked in many areas of Nordic food and business development.

Rasmus
Rasmus is your general contact person at FANGST.
He grew up by the blue mussel banks of the Ise and Roskilde Fjords, and has always been curious and knowledge-seeking about the edible nature, flora and fauna.
Having swum in many waters within food startups, Rasmus is finally like a fish in its right element with FANGST.

Mikkel
Mikkel has helped us create the recipes for the first cans of FANGST.
He is an experienced chef and product developer with a broad knowledge of Nordic ingredients and processing methods.
He is author of several praised cook books – of which ‘Gone Fishing’ and ‘Evergreen’ have been particular inspiring for us.
